The BORGO rinsers/blowers are made in stainless steel and polyethylene of special type, anti-acid and self-lubricating. The parts in contact with the rinsing product are in stainless steel. The safety guards is at CEE regulation with inspection doors in transparent material, shockproof and structure in stainless steel, equipped with safety micro-interrupters in case of accidental doors opening.
The production speed is electronically adjustable (through variable speed drive).
The machines are made in two versions: fixed nozzle and moving nozzle.
To avoid damages to the moving parts of the machines, are foreseen stop safeties onto the infeed scroll, infeed and exit stars.
The overturning bottles system is through a twist. The clamps are made with shaped bottle picking, following the profile of the bottles neck.
The tightening of the bottles is guaranteed by a mechanical system at groove of clamp’s stop.
Kit double effect:
supplementary feeding plant to add a rinsing/blowing cycle. Adding this device, the machine is able to inject inside the bottle two different fluids in two different stages, as for example water solution and SO2 with a following cycle of rinsing with sterile water. The second effect is often used to inject air and/or nitrogen after the first rinsing cycle to improve the dripping and in case of nitrogen to fill the container with inert gas.
The first and second injection plant are completely separated to avoid the mixing of the two fluids also in case of seals break.
Moving nozzle:
device to move the rinsing nozzle with a vertical course of about 82 mm. extendable, upon request, up to 130 mm. This device allows to the nozzle to enter into the bottle, exceeding the ‘narrowing’ of the container’s neck and spreading the liquid directly inside the container. Further benefits from the use of the moving nozzle together with the kit double effect are: in case it is present also the second effect with air a/o nitrogen injection, the ‘drying’ effect is considerably improved as it creates an air flux which from the inside goes towards outside the bottle without meeting turbulences in the neck. In case the second treatment is done with liquid, the rinse cycle is considerably improved.
The clamps-plate is made in stainless steel AISI 304 ( in AISI 316 for the sterilizer). The working height is electronically adjustable depending on the bottles’ shape.
The system is with water injection into the bottle with the same vertical position.
