”SL” Automatic Sealing Machine.
Simple use and maintenance limited to the expendable materials. Stainless steel structure. Star or screw feed according to the type of container. The sleeve in a roll is opened and cut to size with a rotating knife system. Opening the material continually and permanently (forming the tube structure) is done mechanically by means of a roller device driven by a brushless motor. This system avoids the film closing due to electrostatic phenomena. After cutting, the sleeve is put onto the container, made even and shrink-wrapped in the tunnel with hot air forced at variable speed. Quick size changeover. Reliability and synchronism even at high speed thanks to the dedicated electronic system (PLC) that works to one thousandth of a second. Control panel to set all the operating parameters: speed, sleeve length and others. It is simple to use: each machine setting is guided with a sequence of interactive ”pages”. It is impossible to get it wrong because the system shuts down the machine until all the parameters are set correctly. In addition, alI faults are signalled on the panel (continuous diagnosis) describing the type of trouble that has occurred. Container feed is controlled; when there are no more, sleeve distribution is shut down and restarts when more containers arrive. This machine can work both by detecting a reference mark on film and with film length pre-set on the panel. The Borgo sealing machine is provided, to CE standard, with all the accident-prevention guards and safety devices to shut down operation.
