The wide range of BORGO unscramblers allow to work several types of containers.
The flexibility of the unscramblers and the fast change over, studied by BORGO and optimised over the years of experience in the industrial automatization, allow to unscramble 1 or more containers shape with the same machine.
The BORGO unscramblers have been studied to supply rinsers, fillers and cappers, assuring a constant supply and containers orientation; at the exit of the machine can be linked with orientation devices neck container. The usual liking with our pre-load elevators guarantees a constant flow of containers to the selector disc and reduces the operator’s presence.
Possibility to supply unsteady containers thanks to positioning and transport in godets, with respective recycle of the empty godets.
The BORGO unscramblers are particularly used in chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmethic factories, thanks to the perfect finishing and attention to the choice of the construction materials.
