The filler is equipped with a main collector of cylindrical shape.
The product to fill arrives to the main collector thanks to a pump with filling pressure control through a vector frequency control (feeding with controlled pressure).
The principle of the filling system is based on the net weight. Each filling station is equipped with an electronic scale connected to the central control system which directly manages the weighing and filling functions.
During the operating cycle, the system automatically weighs the tare of each individual bottle and proceeds to fill the net weight.
Each of the stations independently performs, therefore, a continuous control of the net weight and an automatic dynamic correction.
According to the principle of controlling the weight increase in the bottle, the machine automatically interrupts the delivery of the product in the event that there is a container that is perforated, not aligned or otherwise unsuitable for the production envisaged with the filling tap.
In this way a very high filling accuracy is guaranteed.
FILLING CYCLE DESCRIPTION

⦁ Verification of the weight increase and filling interruption at the achievement of the net weight target
⦁ Final control of the effective weight obtained
⦁ Comparing of the weight obtained with the nominal set weight and deduction of the self-correcting parameter in the following cycle.
This cycle is repeated every revolution of the machine and independently for each filling station.
FEEDING, WASHING AND STERILISATION
The feeding product to the several filling stations takes place through a simple collector, therefore is not needed the characteristic tank of the rotary filling machines. With this system the change parts operations, washing and possible sterilization are particularly quick and effective. In particular, the washing and the sterilization take place sliding involving all parts in contact with the product. The product consumption are reduced, with this system, of 80% ca., compared to the consumption of the filling machines with tank.
CLEANING SYSTEM
The machine is equipped with a collecting liquid tank for the cleaning operation. Selecting the cleaning option onto the control panel, the head rotating, opens only the taps in correspondence of the tank and allows the flow of the product, which is collected and eventually conveyed to another tank.
